The pool depth ranges from 100 cm at the shallow end to 170 cm at the deep end, and the water temperature is 28°C.

The pool also features the Hydrohex virtual water workout program.

You can access Hydrohex training sessions from the TV screen located next to the pool. Choose a workout that suits you from a wide and regularly updated selection, and jump into the water! You can select warm-up, target muscle group, challenge level, and cool-down — and follow underwater video instructions to perform the movements correctly.
